Lillian M. Schulte


Lillian M. Schulte, 92, of Springfield died at 4:00 a.m. Monday, July 7, 2008 in Springfield Regional Medical Center High Street Campus.

She was born July 17, 1915 in Hagerstown, Maryland the daughter of David R. and Elva E. (Drury) Pompell.

She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

Survivors include two daughters and son-in-law, Phyllis Overman, Joann and Dale Foster all of Springfield, 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Carl H. in 1993, daughter Helen Walls, grandson Lawrence Walls Jr, great granddaughter Colleen Loney, one sister, four brothers and son-in-law Russell Overman.

Friends may call from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday in the Conroy Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday in the funeral home with Pastor Dan Fiorini officiating. Burial will be in Ferncliff Cemetery.
